Create Clearwater (all workshops are free):

Create Clearwater is a grass-roots community organization that offers educational programs, networking opportunities and volunteer opportunities to people who are interested in green living.  The focus is on permaculture, a word that is short for “permanent culture,” and which is best represented by its ethics: Care for the Earth, Care for People, and Sharing the Surplus.

A variety of local and respected experts, through the Grow Permaculture Speaker’s network, talk about subjects of concern in Florida.  There is a meet and greet and mingling time at each event.  This is a nice opportunity to let others know about your small business or community project.  Create Clearwater is supported by Moccasin Lake Environmental Education Center and local green businesses such as Grow Permaculture and Edible Garden.
